Wellspring is proud to announce three new members of our Board of Directors in 2024.

Matthew Coldrick, Jeana Labas, and Nicholas DeCelle are Saratoga County, NY leaders. These new members will be influential in furthering our mission of “supporting survivors and engaging the community to end relationship and sexual abuse.”

Matthew Coldrick

Matthew was born in the UK and moved to Saratoga County in 2005. He currently works for Novo Nordisk. Matt previously served on Round Lake’s planning board and is currently the Village’s Deputy Mayor. He joins Wellspring’s board to further that community involvement and, as a father of four girls, is particularly interested in our mission. Prior to joining the board, Matt was already involved with the Men with Wellspring program and volunteered for many Wellspring initiatives.

Jeana Labas

Jeana was born and raised in Saratoga Springs. She currently works for Kodiak Construction as their office manager and client selection representative. “I have a strong desire to get more involved in the community and supporting Wellspring in addressing workforce development is the perfect fit.”

Nicholas DeCelle

Nicholas is a Saratoga County native and resides in the Town of Stillwater. A licensed funeral director, he manages William J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home in Saratoga Springs. He serves on the Dake Foundation board and is a Leadership Saratoga graduate. Nick also worked at the Saratoga Springs YMCA and the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center. “I wanted to be a part of Wellspring to continue to support those put in a difficult position by no fault of their own and to help spread awareness.”

Wellspring welcomes our new 2024 board members and is excited to see the impact these individuals will make in our community!
