Give From Your IRA
If you are are 70 ½ years old or older, you may give any amount (up to a max of $105,000 per year) from your IRA without having to pay income tax on the donation.
Give a Gift of Stock or Security
You will be eligible for a charitable income tax deduction and may avoid capital gains tax on the increase in value.
Name Wellspring as Your Beneficiary
Make Wellspring the recipient of your life insurance policy, IRA, or retirement plan.

“I give to Domestic Violence & Rape Crisis Services of Saratoga County DBA Wellspring, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 2816 US 9 Malta, NY 12020, or its successor thereto, _________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”
