There are several ways that someone can access our services. The best way is the one that works best for you. Here are some options:

1. 518-584-8188 – This is our hotline number that is answered by Wellspring’s advocates 24-hours a day, every day of the year. Our advocates are trained to listen and give you space to talk about what is going on. You do not have to be in crisis to call our hotline, you can be calling because “now” is just the right time to talk about relationship and/or sexual abuse. 
2. 518-583-0280 – This is our office number which is answered by Wellspring advocates during business hours (Monday – Thursday 9 Am – 6 PM and Friday 8 AM – 5 PM). During business hours, you don’t have to try and decide which is the “best” number to call, call either one, you will still get an advocate who is knowledgeable about the dynamics of relationship and sexual abuse.
3. 480 Broadway, LL-20, Saratoga Springs, NY – This is our address. Victims of relationship and/or sexual abuse can just walk into our office during business hours (mentioned above) to speak with an advocate. We always have an advocate available.
4. Email – we can receive emails through the “contact us” button found throughout this website. Please know that email is not a secure way to communicate. Emails can be easily seen by other people without your knowledge or consent. Because of that, please limit the personally identifying information you send in emails to only what is necessary. Wellspring staff can talk to you more about ways to increase your privacy and safety online during a phone call or an in-person meeting.
