Parenting with Mindfulness

We can’t begin to care for our kids until we know how to care for ourselves! In this free, 4-week series, you will learn simple mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you stay grounded and connected when the road of life gets bumpy. These skills help you to stay in the present moment, even when that moment is difficult. The great news is that you can share these skills with your kids, helping them learn practices that can grow with them! Childcare will be provided for these sessions.
