Resources

There is so much to learn about relationship and sexual abuse. This page has information and resources created by Wellspring as well as links to the web-pages of other organizations that we believe offer information that is helpful to learn more.
Supporting Survivors
According to the CDC’s National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey, 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men have experienced relationship abuse and 1 in 5 women and 1 in 14 men have experienced sexual abuse in their lifetimes. That means that there that there are many survivors right here in our community who need support. Wellspring has been committed to doing this since the 1970’s but the reality is that, with statistics like these, every person in the community likely knows someone who has been abused. They best way to help someone is to understand the issue and know how to respond. We invite you to learn more and help us support survivors of relationship and sexual abuse. Read More
