The New View Housing Program provides supportive services and a rental subsidy to individuals and families who are homeless due to domestic violence. The services are designed to assist participants build on and enhance skills and resources to become economically self-sufficient to be able to break free and stay free from domestic violence.
Why is This Service Needed?
Participants may have:
• Left behind possessions, assets or employment as they fled to safety.
• Damaged credit or lack money for even basic needs.
• Never been allowed to make financial decisions or handle money at all.
In order to help them overcome these obstacles, we provide supportive services that promote long
term economic self-sufficiency and violence-free lives.
